1. General scope and survey

Our initial visit is absolutely free of charge. This is often the first step where you can email us and describe the particular task that needs to be undertaken or we can personally visit you and discuss your requirements at your property, giving professional advise about the required tasks. Our team is very friendly and always happy to help. 

2. Free estimate/quotation

After agreeing on your requirements and expectations, we are able to provide you with a quotation for the required works.

Our quotation will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.

3. Preparation and Work Progress Stage

We always start by protecting furniture, floors and all other household goods in the working area. Sometimes we may have to inform you that the furniture needs to be moved to another room for the period of the work. We will only move furniture with your permission. 

This stage of work is always very organised and clean as much as possible. After work we always leave your property tidy and clean.  We also tidy up in regular intervals whilst the works are taking place to ensure that the working area is clean and free of any potential hazards.  

If you are not present at the time of works, we will send you frequent updates including photographs via email or Whatsapp so that you are fully aware of the work taking place at your home and this enables you to provide any mid-work input/changes. 

The works are completed according to your specification and you will be informed of any changes along the way that may need to be implemented. We will only carry out any extra work with your permission. 

4. Project completion

Upon completion, we double check that all the tasks have been carried out to your specification and with the expected finish quality.

It is essencial to us that our client is 100% satisfied with our work and if anything is missing or not to our clients' full satisfaction, we will improve those areas with no questions asked.

After this step we will clean the entire working area, leaving your property sparkling and clean!
